Shipping
We will deliver your artwork to the address you specified. We will deliver the artwork by parcel service within 14 working days. Sea freight takes four to six weeks.

Returns
You can return an artwork, provided you do so within 14 days of receipt (the withdrawal period). Send an e-mail to info@wijnandvlokart.nl to return an artwork. After confirmation by us, you must return the artwork within 7 days. We will fully refund the purchase price within fourteen days of receiving your returned artwork. The costs for returns are then at your expense.

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the artwork and packaging with care. You only remove the packaging and use the artwork only to the extent necessary to determine whether or not you want to keep the artwork. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging and the certificate of authenticity. Otherwise we cannot accept the return.
